Special Education Training for Parents [Flyer]
Come to ½ day training on special education and parental rights in Santa Maria.  Michael Rosenberg, the Interim Executive Director for Area Board 9 and LesleyAnne Ezelle, CPS II will be presenting the training.

September 18th Surf/Beach Day at Leadbetter Beach from 9-1.  If your child is interested in participating contact Gwen at 560-3762.  This event is open to any person with a developmental disability.  Parents, siblings and friends are invited to attend the event, but the surf lessons are only for our loved ones with disabilities.

October 15, 2005  from 8:30 - 4:00 PM at Tri-Counties Regional Center Annex. Presenters will be A2Z Educational Advocates http://www.a2zedad.com ; Julia Barnes, Executive Director of the Area IX Board for Developmental Disabilities; and Drs. Neal Mazer and Zev Nathan, child psychiatrists whose practices focus heavily on children and adolescents w/ autism spectrum and related disorders, and others dealing w/ school failure http://www.alisosinstitute.com/about_us/team.html
